The IXXO platform is now fully integrated into the Cikisi software. It enriches the solution with a catalogue of scientific and regulatory sources, with smart bots that extend monitoring and search capabilities to the deep web, as well as a knowledge thesaurus to respond more precisely to business needs.
2025 also saw the launch of the new Cikisi collaborative monitoring portal, featuring an AI-based chatbot, a more modern interface and a powerful yet simple customisation system. This development has a clear objective: to save users time and make it easier for them to access relevant information.
