Cikisi was born from a simple observation : the flood of web information, or “infobesity”, has made managing data nearly impossible for every single company. We then decided to solve this problem by creating Cikisi, a B2B SaaS platform designed specifically for market intelligence professionals. Our mission was to help organizations monitor, structure, and extract meaningful insights from the web.

Today, Cikisi processes hundreds of millions of data points per month, serving thousands of users and trusted by major companies like Solvay, Saint-Gobain, or Veolia. Creation of Cikisi

In the city of Liège by five Strategic Intelligence experts.

Participation in the I-EXPO event in Paris

And presentation of our prototype : Cikisi 1.0.

Application and team development
  • Arrival of the first “Early Adopters”
  • Pre-Seed fundraising with the entry of two Business Angels from the digital sector
  • Opening of our first office in Charleroi

First significant investments in R&D in Big Data

And beginning of work on creating a proprietary Web index.

Launch of Cikisi 2.0

The first industrial version of Cikisi, and establishment of our French subsidiary : CIKISI France SASU.

Investment in the Cikisi solution and team

  • Seed fundraising with the entry of two Walloon investment funds (InvestSud & Sambrinvest)
  • Creation of the Customer Success team

Acquisition of our key R&D partner based Pristina

Launch of Cikisi 3.0, exceeding market standards
  • Post-Seed fundraising with the entry of a Flemish investment fund (Angelwise) and a Brussels investment fund (Finance&Invest Brussels)
  • Relocation of our operational headquarters from Charleroi to Brussels

R&D focus on generative AI and launch of our independent chatbot "Ask Mila".

Cikisi acquires IXXO, French specialist in web mining
