Free migration

This includes the following points.

Free migration is conditional on providing the Cikisi team with a test sample, allowing them to analyze the structure of the files exported from your previous solution. By doing that, the team will verify the feasibility of automating the data transfer.

In addition, we put at your disposal training materials and free training sessions to ensure optimal onboarding and usage of our platform by your users.

Pricing conditions

We offer exceptional pricing conditions, unrivalled with those you currently benefit. For any contract signed with Cikisi with a minimum commitment of 3 years, we commit to charge no more than 50% of the reference contract amount (for the same number of user licenses) in the first year, 65% in the second year and 80% in the following years ; the reference contract amount being indexed annually using the SYNTEC index. These conditions are valid until December 31, 2025 and do not apply in the context of a formal call for tenders.

    • Adjustment of results and deliverables in collaboration with your key users team, feedback collection, and 1-hour follow-up meetings organization on a weekly basis
    • Optional submission of your bill of specifications, including key decision-making criteria, to the Cikisi team before the start of the benchmark
    • Final meeting at the end of the test period to evaluate its success or not and define the next steps
