On October 8, 2026, in the prestigious setting of the Belgian Embassy, we brought together our customer community for the latest edition of the User Club. It was a day of sharing, networking, and discussion, organized with the support of hub.brussels , centered around a shared conviction: information on the web only realizes its full value when it becomes actionable.
Clients, partners, and Cikisi teams came together to have an open and candid discussion about their use of the platform, their strategic intelligence challenges, and their expectations for the coming months. This direct feedback guides our roadmap: it is our community that drives Cikisi forward.
On the day’s agenda
In an environment where market signals are multiplying and decisions must be made ever more quickly, the challenge is to transform this raw data into intelligence that teams can immediately put to use.
This is the very essence of the Enterprise Web Intelligence we champion: collecting information at the source, automatically qualifying it, detecting relevant signals, and making it accessible where it creates value.
Three key areas stood out in today’s discussions: our Mila+ AI agents, API and MCP integration, and event detection.

With Mila+ and its artificial intelligence agents dedicated to the automatic categorization of information, we are pursuing a concrete goal: to continuously improve the relevance of monitoring and reduce the manual work required to identify truly useful information.
AI plays a central role in the monitoring process: it helps categorize content, identify items that meet user needs, and more effectively feed into monitoring systems.
The goal is not to produce more information, but to bring the right information to the surface at the right time, with a level of categorization tailored to business needs. Teams can thus devote more time to analysis, interpretation, and decision-making, rather than to manually sorting through content.
Second focus area: opening up access to the information and intelligence we produce, beyond traditional market intelligence applications.
Thanks to our API and the capabilities offered by the MCP (Model Context Protocol), Cikisi integrates with companies’ tools and work environments, particularly those that rely on artificial intelligence.
The goal: to make it easier for everyone to leverage strategic information in their day-to-day activities.
Conducting market research, preparing a report, producing a newsletter, delving deeper into a competitive analysis, or answering a business-related question: these tasks must be able to rely on structured and high-quality information, without being limited to market intelligence specialists.
Market intelligence thus becomes a shared capability across the entire company, integrated into work processes and accessible as closely as possible to where it’s needed.
Third focus area: moving from information to action. Collecting and classifying data are only the first step. The true value is realized when information enables the detection of a significant event, an understanding of its implications, and the initiation of the appropriate actions.
This is the rationale behind event detection in the Cikisi Explorer Portal. By monitoring changes in its environment, a company can automatically identify relevant signals, put them into context, and rely on recommendations to decide on the appropriate next steps.
There are numerous applications, depending on each organization’s specific challenges.
In business development, detecting a strategic hire, an investment, a product launch, or an organizational change can reveal an opportunity and help teams determine when and how to approach a prospect. Market intelligence then becomes a driver of sales intelligence, directly linked to sales activities.
In procurement, identifying a change at a supplier, tension in a market, or a shift in the supply chain helps anticipate risks and identify new sources of supply.
In crisis management, identifying weak signals or sensitive events makes it possible to better anticipate risky situations and facilitates the implementation of an appropriate response.
The principle remains the same: transforming a signal detected in the external environment into meaningful information, recommendations, and, when appropriate, action.
These discussions illustrate a fundamental shift: the value of information lies not solely in its collection, but in its ability to be qualified, contextualized, shared, and activated.
With Mila+, the API, the MCP, and event detection, we are developing a platform designed to support this transformation. Our ambition is clear: to make Enterprise Web Intelligence an operational lever for the entire organization by bringing together business intelligence, analysis, AI applications, and sales initiatives.
The User Club remains essential to this approach. Feedback, peer-to-peer exchanges, and comparing real-world use cases with technological advancements: these enable us to build a solution that closely aligns with the challenges businesses face.
Thank you to all the participants, as well as to the Belgian Embassy and hub.brussels for hosting us at the Hôtel de la Marck. These discussions reinforce our belief: information becomes truly strategic when it goes beyond the scope of business intelligence to permeate the entire company and inform its decisions.
